Pre-Order Policy
When you pre-order a COHERIA piece, you are reserving a handcrafted, limited or upcoming design before it is available for shipment.
All pre-orders require full payment at the time of ordering. Your card is charged immediately during checkout, and this guarantees your reservation of the piece.
Each pre-order product page will show an estimated shipping date. This represents the expected time it will take for the piece to be completed and prepared for shipment. Please note the shipping date is an estimate and may change due to production timelines.
You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days of placing your order. After the 7-day cancellation window ends, your order will proceed into production.
If you wish to change your pre-order (such as modifying size or variant), please contact us before the item enters fulfillment. Once the piece is in final production or ready to ship, no changes can be made.
If you cancel after the initial 7-day window and production has already begun, you will not be eligible for a refund to the original payment method. In this case, we will issue COHERIA Store Credit equal to your purchase amount, valid toward any future order.
COHERIA is committed to transparent communication. Should shipping estimates change or any production delays occur, we will update you as soon as possible via email.
