What is a Coheria Creation™ and how does the process work?
The Coheria Creation is an easy way to purchase our fixed-price customer co-creation jewelry product. It represents the total price for the corresponding design tier. This covers design assessment, drafting, materials (925 Sterling Silver base), crafting, and the final quality check, and of course the creation itself.
How do I know which plan—Essential, Signature, or Masterpiece—is right for my design/idea?
Our plans are tiered by design complexity, size/weight, and stone allowance. Essential is for simple designs, Signature for moderate 3D detail, and Masterpiece for high complexity and generous dimensions. If you're unsure, choose the plan closest to your budget, and our team will guide you if an upgrade is needed. If you need to upgrade (e.g., from Essential to Signature), you will purchase a "COHERIA Digital Gift Card" on our Shopify store. It can cover the price difference between the cards.
How do I start the creation process after purchasing a plan from Coheria Creation?
Simply submit your design inspiration (photo, sketch, drawing or even AI-creation) along with your card purchase order number to our Customer Care team through LiveChat (Black Chatbot attached on our pages). Our Customer Care Team will review your concept and begin the design assessment process immediately.
My design is complex, but I purchased an Essential Plan. What happens next?
Our Customer Care Team will evaluate your submission. If your idea exceeds the plan's scope, we will advise you to either simplify your design to fit the Essential Card price or upgrade to a Signature/Masterpiece Card to maintain your original vision.
What material is included in the price of all three Creation Plans?
We are proud to confirm that all three standard Creation Plans (Essential, Signature, Masterpiece) use 925 Sterling Silver as the base metal, paired with high-quality plating and ethically sourced gemstones/pearls. Our pricing is highly competitive and one of a kind. By specializing in absolute co-creation, we offer a fine jewelry base material (925 Silver) at a price typically associated with plated fashion jewelry.
What if I want a upgraded premium material, like 14K/18K Gold or Diamonds?
For 14k/18K/Diamonds/Precious Stone upgrading, we offer the COHERIA Elevation (priced above COHERIA Creation). This product includes 14K or 18K Gold as the base material and allows for Lab-Grown Diamonds or other precious natural stones. Please check COHERIA Elevation page for details.
Who manages the design process? Is there a designer I work with directly?
Your design process is managed by our dedicated Customer Care Team. They liaise with our in-house designers to provide feedback, suggest optimizations, and finalize the technical drawings for your approval. They will guide you through the initial sketches and iterations until we present you with the final 3D design drawing for the artisan's use.
How long does the drawing and communication phase typically take before production?
The design communication and finalization of your 3D design drawing typically takes 2 to 3 business days from the time you submit your inspiration.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after purchasing a plan?
Yes. You can request a refund before you approve the final 3D design drawing that is sent to the artisan into production stage. We want you to feel secure in your purchase decision. If the refund is requested after design work has begun, we will deduct a service fee of approximately $40 USD to cover the initial design drafting and preliminary service costs provided.
Once I approve the final 3D design drawing, can I still get a refund or make changes?
No. Once you approve the final 3D design drawing for production, the order is immediately non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-returnable due to its custom nature.
After approving the 3D drawing, how long until I receive my jewelry?
Once approved, the artisan crafting process takes approximately 7 to 10 business days. After that, standard shipping times apply, for which a small separate shipping fee can be charged.
How do I ensure the finished jewelry meets my expectations before shipping?
Before we dispatch the item, we will send you a final confirmation video of the completed piece. This is your final quality check. If minor, reasonable adjustments are needed, our artisan will perform them before it is shipped.
When will I get my COHERIA Creation pieces?
Counting from the date of your order, it takes between 10-14 business days to craft your COHERIA creation piece before your jewelry is ready to ship. Standard shipping takes between 4-7 business days. (Express Shipping is available at your request and your own cost.)
