Coheria Creation™ is a fixed-price, "Coheria Circle" (YOU) co-created jewelry product that makes it easy to bring your design ideas to life. It represents the total price for the corresponding design tier, covering everything from design evaluation to the final product.

How does the Coheria Creation™ process work?

Purchase Plan: Choose a Coheria Creation™ plan (Essential, Signature, or Masterpiece) that suits your design concept.

Submit Inspiration: Submit your design inspiration (photos, sketches, drawings, or AI-generated images) along with your order number to our customer service team via LiveChat.

Design Evaluation and Communication: Our customer service team will evaluate your concept and collaborate with our in-house designers. Design communication and finalizing the 3D design typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

Final Confirmation: Our customer service team will present you with the final 3D design for your approval.

Production: Once you approve the 3D design, the craftsmanship process takes approximately 7 to 10 business days.

Final Quality Inspection: Before shipment, we will send you a final confirmation video of the finished jewelry. If reasonable adjustments are needed, our craftsmen will complete them before shipment.

Shipping: Once completed, the jewelry will be shipped according to standard shipping times (a small shipping fee may apply).

What if my design exceeds the plan?

If your idea exceeds the plan's scope, the Customer Care Team will advise you to either:

Simplify your design to fit the Essential Card price; OR
Upgrade to a Signature/Masterpiece Card to maintain your original vision. You purchase a "COHERIA Digital Gift Card" on our Shopify store to cover the price difference.

Premium Material Upgrade (COHERIA Elevation)

If you desire an upgrade to 14K/18K Gold as the base material, or wish to include Lab-Grown Diamonds or other precious natural stones, you will need to purchase the COHERIA Elevation product (priced above Coheria Creation).

The Creation Process

Purchase a Plan.
Submit Inspiration: Send your design inspiration (photo, sketch, drawing, or AI-creation) and your purchase order number to the Customer Care team via LiveChat.
Design Communication: The team reviews your concept and begins the design assessment. This phase, which involves design communication and finalizing the 3D design drawing for your approval, typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
Production: Once you approve the final 3D design drawing, the artisan crafting process takes approximately 7 to 10 business days.
Final Quality Check: Before dispatch, you receive a final confirmation video of the completed piece. Minor, reasonable adjustments can be made at this stage.
Shipping: Standard shipping times apply (4-7 business days), for which a small separate shipping fee can be charged (Express Shipping available upon request/cost).

Terms and Conditions

Delivery Timeline

Counting from the date of your order, the total estimated time until your jewelry is ready to ship is between 10–14 business days (2-3 business days for design + 7-10 business days for crafting).

Refund and Change Policy

Before You Approve the Final 3D Design:

Refund: You can request a refund. If you request a refund after the design work has begun, we will charge a service fee of approximately $40 USD to cover the initial design drafting and preliminary service costs.

Modification: At this stage, you can provide feedback on the design.

Once You Approve the Final 3D Design:

Refund, Modification, and Returns: Once you approve the final 3D design and it enters the production stage, the order immediately becomes non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-returnable as it is a custom-made product.
