What Is The 3 Year Warranty And How ​​Do I Make A Claim On It?

Every hand-crafted COHERIA piece comes with our 3-Year Warranty. Whether you have accidentally scratched a pendant charm or want your ring resized or replated, we will repair your jewelry free of charge. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! 

This warranty is in addition to other rights you may have in relation to the piece.

Simply follow the instructions for the option below that best describes how you purchased or received your piece.

After 3 Year (or if no proof of purchase can be provided), we can still help ensure you piece is loved for years to come - we will offer repairs for the lifetime of your piece for a small fee.  

You can still set this up using our Redo Platform and you'll be charged the appropriate fee when you create your returns labels. Shipping costs are responsible by the customer during the process.

It is important to note that products sold at our Final Sales are not eligible for COHERIA's 3 year warranty and there is no option to pay for a repair.
How do I submit a warranty claim?

To submit a warranty claim please reach out to contact@coheria with the following details:
* Order number
* Product name
* Brief description of the issue and when or how it happened
* 2 Photos: 1 showing the entire item & 1 close-up of the area of concern

Important:By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
* Return of Impacted Product: If your warranty submission is accepted, you must send the impacted product to us for quality assurance review and testing.
* Third-party vendor: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Coheria.co or pop-ups) may be subject to a different warranty policy. Please check the details from where the item was purchased.
* Third-party services: Leveraging a third party repair service will void COHERIA’s warranty. COHERIA does not accept warranty claims with post-purchase modifications.
* Promotional products: Items received from a promotion or campaign may be excluded from our warranty policy.
What is the Lifetime Repair Service?

The 3-Year Warranty

Every Coheria piece is backed by our 3-Year Warranty. During this period, we will repair or replace your item free of charge if it suffers from a manufacturing defect or structural failure. We cover issues such as clasp malfunctions or setting flaws.

  • Note: The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or loss.

The Lifetime Repair Service

We want your meaningful piece to endure forever. After your 3-year warranty expires, or if the damage falls outside of the warranty terms (e.g., accidental damage, wear and tear), we offer a Lifetime Repair Service for a small service fee.

  • Service Scope: Includes repairs, restoration, or structural adjustments needed to bring your piece back to its original beauty.
  • Warranty Renewal: By utilizing our Lifetime Repair Service, we will renew your 3-Year Warranty on the repaired piece, giving you continued peace of mind.
