Gift Card Terms and Conditions
COHERIA digital gift cards are sent directly to the recipient immediately upon placing your order and are available for use right away.
Your COHERIA gift card can be used as payment, the same way a credit card is used, towards your purchase online at COHERIA website. Purchase totals will be deducted from the card’s overall value until it reaches zero. Should you choose to return the product(s) purchased with a digital gift card, the funds will be added to your COHERIA profile (as digital credit). When you make a purchase you cannot choose the gift card amount to spend if the gift card value exceeds the value of the transaction (let’s break that down: if your gift card is valued at $100 and your order is $50, you cannot choose to use only $25 from the gift card towards the purchase price – instead, the full $50 will be used towards the order). That said, you are not required to use the full amount (in this example, $100) on one purchase.
Gift cards are only valid in the currency they were issued.
Use of your gift card online: Add the item(s) to your cart as normal and head to the checkout. Select the “gift credit” field on the right-side panel of the website and enter the code for your gift card. The available credit on your gift card will be automatically deducted from your order total. If the total of your purchase is lower than what is available on the gift card, the leftover funds will remain on the gift card for later use. If the total amount of your order exceeds the amount on your gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotions. Only one gift card may be used per order.
Neither physical nor digital gift cards may be used to purchase another physical or digital gift card. No discount codes/links can be applied or used to purchase a COHERIA gift card. COHERIA reserves the right to cancel any gift card orders should it have been purchased using any discount(s) or obtained illegally including through fraud.
Your COHERIA gift card is not reloadable; once the funds are exhausted, the card is no longer valuable and may be discarded. All gift cards are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.
COHERIA will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misused cards. No gift cards can be replaced, reissued, or redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or applied to any credit card balances. COHERIA is not responsible or liable for lost or stolen gift cards. Orders for physical gift cards cannot be canceled, as they are processed in real-time and the value is applied to the card immediately.
Your use of a COHERIA gift card, whether digital or physical, constitutes your acceptance to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
